I offer a complimentary consultation to meet and talk about your hair goals and what it may take to achieve them. I highly recommend all new color clients have a consultation first before booking an appointment.
24 hour notice for a cancellation to avoid a 50% service fee. Please give me as much notice as possible. I appreciate it and it gives me a chance to give that spot to another client. I understand things come up, please communicate any changes with me.

I have a 15 minute grace period, anything after that will have to be rescheduled with a 20% cancellation fee.
